Bubble breaker is one of those online games that you could easily become addicted too. There are many gamers out there who find it compulsive and addictive, and if you are getting a little fed up with the world's favourite online game, then perhaps you should give this a shot.
Bubble breaker is all about bursting bubbles, but not in the existentialist sense. There are bubbles of different colours for you to burst, but it isn't enough to get gung-ho with the mouse and click away at random. This is a game of strategy and luckily you are not penalized if you take time to think about your moves. You have to be able to plan ahead, by at least three moves, so if you are god at forward planning, try your hand at this Bubble Breaker game.
You can practise your skills at the lower levels and certainly it is advisable to have a few trial runs before you engage seriously with this game. There are several different levels and of course, they get increasingly more difficult, some people (me for example) tend to get stick around level 12 or 13 and go back down the levels to hone their skills before assaulting the bubbles on the desired level.
You have to decide on a colour and burst those bubbles, but you can only burst the bubbles if there are two (or more) of the same bubble together. This means that you have to select the bubbles so that others of the same colour cluster together. This is where some of the logic and strategy comes into play. The game ends when there are no more bubbles left to burst or if you have accumulated enough points to go up to the next level.
At each level there will be new colours for you to burst, and after level 7 some of the bubbles are numbered and the same rule applies to these; you can only burst them if there are two of the same digits together.
There is a slightly easier version of bubble breaker online, called the Booming game, in which you will find black exploding bubbles, although there are fewer as you go up the levels. They are rather like jokers in so far as they can be used with any other colour to create a series. This version is good for younger players, but both adults and children will enjoy any or all versions of this game. You can play online or download the apps for your mobile devices.
It is very entertaining and the graphics are good as well as the music, which you can choose to turn off if you find it distracting. Why not take a peek online and see what it is you have been missing?
